REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7455
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIGKAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PIGKAWAYAN HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Pigkawayan, Province of Cotabato, is hereby converted into a five- bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Pigkawayan Health Infirmary.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
