REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7385
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE IRIGA HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Iriga Health Infirmary.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. The existing and available facilities, equipment, and hospital staff may be increased subject to the approval of the Department of Health, to meet required services. acd
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
