REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7560
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IMPASUG-ONG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE IMPASUG-ONG HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Impasug-ong, Province of Bukidnon, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Impasug-ong Health Infirmary. cdt
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Health shall appoint such personnel as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 3. The Secretary of Health shall promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act: Provided, however, That the attendant doctor shall have the power to provide for such other rules and regulations promulgated by the Secretary of Health as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act. cdt
SECTION 4. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
