REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7428
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE FOOD TERMINAL, INC., COMPLEX, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGIG, METRO MANILA, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TAGIG (FTI) HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Food Terminal, Inc., Complex in the Municipality of Tagig, Metro Manila, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Tagig (FTI) Health Infirmary.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
