Republic Act No. 7422, enacted on April 14, 1992, establishes the Cuartero Health Infirmary in the Municipality of Cuartero, Province of Capiz, by converting the existing rural health unit into a five-bed capacity facility. The necessary funding for this conversion will be included in the General Appropriations Act for the following fiscal year and thereafter. This Act took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on June 8, 1992.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7422
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUARTERO, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CUARTERO HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Cuartero, Province of Capiz, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Cuartero Health Infirmary. acd
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
