Conversion of the City Road in Iligan City into a National Road

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9348
AN ACT CONVERTING THE CITY ROAD CONNECTING BARANGAYS STA. FELOMINA, BONBONON, DIGKILAAN AND ROGONGON IN THE CITY OF ILIGAN TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF TALAKAG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The city road connecting barangays Sta. Felomina, Bonbonon, Digkilaan and Rogongon in the City of Iligan to the Municipality of Talakag, Province of Bukidnon, consisting of 67 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
