Conversion of Sitio of Caabiañgan, Paniqui, Tarlac to a Barrio Named San Carlos
Act No. 4039, approved on January 6, 1933, designates the sitio of Caabiagan in the municipality of Paniqui, Tarlac, as a barrio named San Carlos. The entire territory previously known as Caabiagan will henceforth be referred to as San Carlos. This act takes effect immediately upon its approval.

ACT NO. 4039
AN ACT TO MAKE THE PRESENT SITIO OF CAABIAÑGAN, OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANIQUI, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, A BARRIO TO BE KNOWN AS SAN CARLOS
SECTION 1. The present sitio of Caabiañgan, of the municipality of Paniqui, Province of Tarlac, is hereby made a barrio to be known as San Carlos, and the entire territory comprised within the jurisdictional limits of said sitio of Caabiañgan shall hereafter be known as San Carlos.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
