Conversion of Public High School in Rosales, Pangasinan into Rosales National High School

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4325
AN ACT CONVERTING THE PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSALES, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS ROSALES NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The public high school in the Municipality of Rosales, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Rosales National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.
SECTION 3. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-six. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cd
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
