Conversion of Agno High School in Agno, Pangasinan Into a National High School
Batas Pambansa Blg. 421, enacted on June 10, 1983, converts the Agno High School in Pangasinan into the Agno National High School. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports is tasked with overseeing the conversion and operation of the school. Funding for the school's operations will initially come from local resources and national aid, with future financial requirements to be included in the General Appropriations Acts. The law takes effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 2, 1984.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE AGNO HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AGNO, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The Agno High School in the Municipality of Agno, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Agno National High School.
SECTION 2. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby directed to take the necessary steps for the conversion and operation of said school and the immediate implementation of this Act.
SECTION 3. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
