Conversion of Lutucan Barangay High School in Sariaya, Quezon Into a National High School
Batas Pambansa Blg. 527, enacted on June 10, 1983, converts the Lutucan Barangay High School in Sariaya, Quezon, into a national high school, to be named Lutucan National High School. BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 527
AN ACT CONVERTING THE LUTUCAN BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SARIAYA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE LUTUCAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Lutucan Barangay High School in the Municipality of Sariaya, Province of Quezon, is converted into a national high school to be known as the Lutucan National High School. acd
SECTION 2. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. asia dc
