Batas Pambansa Blg. 586, enacted on June 24, 1983, converts the Dibuluan Barangay High School in Jones, Isabela, into a national high school named Dibuluan National High School. The law allocates an initial funding of one hundred thousand pesos from the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sports for its operation, along with a share of the budgetary aid previously provided. Future operational and maintenance costs will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The act took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on May 7, 1984.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE DIBULUAN BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JONES, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE DIBULUAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Dibuluan Barangay High School in the Municipality of Jones, Province of Isabela, is converted into a national high school to be known as the Dibuluan National High School.
SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools and an additional amount corresponding to fifty percent of its share in the budgetary aid actually paid to it before such conversion shall be released for its operation from the national assistance fund to local schools. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. cd i
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
