Constitution of the 3rd Congressional Dist. of Cebu into a Separate Highway Engineering District
Republic Act No. 6342, enacted on June 19, 1971, establishes the Third Congressional District of Cebu as a separate highway engineering district, named the Sixth Highway Engineering District of Cebu. Its principal office will be located in the Municipality of Minglanilla. The appointment of the highway district engineer will follow existing laws. This Act took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on December 20, 1971.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6342
AN ACT CONSTITUTING THE THIRD CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF CEBU INTO A SEPARATE HIGHWAY ENGINEERING DISTRICT
SECTION 1. The third congressional district of Cebu is hereby constituted into a separate highway engineering district to be known as the Sixth Highway Engineering District of Cebu, with its principal office at the Municipality of Minglanilla, same province. acd
The highway district engineer of said highway engineering district shall be appointed in accordance with existing law.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1971.
