LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 582

In view of the representations made by the Provincial Government of Cebu for the transfer of the Cebu Club Filipino golf course to the Philippine Tourism Authority for development as part of the nation's golf course circuit plans and the need for such facilities for tourism purposes, it is hereby directed that:
a) A negotiation be conducted between PTA and the Provincial Government of Cebu for the turn-over of the said property to the Authority;
b) The PTA shall have control and administration of the area for tourism purposes.
