The Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council (JJWC), primarily tasked to implement the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act (Republic Act No. 9344, as amended), is undertaking the formulation of the 2023-2027 Comprehensive National Juvenile Intervention Program (CNJIP). Its strategic process planning includes the conduct and development of Stakeholders Analysis as part of the External Situational Analysis. To provide JJWC with assistance in its data gathering relative thereto, all concerned are earnestly requested to accomplish the online interview questionnaire via Google Forms: https://forms.gle./1h9LAXem1LRqvkjB8, until 25 April 2023, Tuesday.
The timely and exhaustive responses will benefit children in conflict with the law (CICL), children at risk (CAR) and the deterrence of juvenile delinquency, and will ultimately promote juvenile justice and welfare, and institutionalize the principle of restorative justice. HTcADC
