SECTION 1. Legal Basis. —
Section 11 of Executive Order 156 dated 23 December 2013 states that "In case of a newly opened Post which is not included this Order, the rates/indices/classification of the nearest post in terms of economic conditions thereat shall apply, pending Executive approval of an appropriate index for the post."
Therefore, the classification, rates and indices of allowances for Calgary PCG shall be the same as those applied to Toronto PCG, the nearest post in terms of economic conditions.
SECTION 2. Overseas and Living Quarters Allowance Indices. —
The following indices shall be applied for the payment of Overseas Allowance and Living Quarters Allowance of foreign service personnel assigned in Calgary PCG:

SECTION 3. Classification for Clothing and Representation Allowances. —
Calgary PCG shall be classified as a Post in the Temperate Zone and a Medium Cost Post, for purposes of the rates of Clothing and Representation Allowances, respectively.

SECTION 4. Relocation Allowance. —

SECTION 5. Funding Source. —
The payment of foreign service allowances in Calgary PCG shall be chargeable against the annual appropriations of the Department.
SECTION 6. Effectivity Clause. —
This Order shall take effect immediately. AIDSTE
