Change of Name of Tandang Sora Elem. School in Talipapa, Quezon City to Placido Del Mundo Memorial School
Batas Pambansa Blg. 785, enacted on April 27, 1984, officially renames Tandang Sora Elementary School in Barangay Talipapa, Quezon City, to Placido del Mundo Memorial School. This change honors Mr. Placido del Mundo for his contributions as a philanthropist and civic-minded individual. The law takes effect immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on October 29, 1984.

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF TANDANG SORA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY TALIPAPA, QUEZON CITY, TO PLACIDO DEL MUNDO MEMORIAL SCHOOL
SECTION 1. Tandang Sora Elementary School in Barangay Talipapa in Quezon City is hereby changed to Placido del Mundo Memorial School in honor of Mr. Placido del Mundo, the philanthropist and civic-minded person of the said barangay.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
