Change of Name of Mabila High School in Sarangani, Davao del Sur to Alberto Olarte, Sr. National High School
Republic Act No. 8206, enacted on September 5, 1996, officially changes the name of Mabila High School in Sarangani, Davao del Sur, to Alberto Olarte, Sr. National High School. The law took effect immediately upon its approval. It lapsed into law without the President's signature, following the provisions of Article VI, Section 27(1) of the Philippine Constitution.

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF MABILA HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SARANGANI, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, TO ALBERTO OLARTE, SR. NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The name of the Mabila High School in the Municipality of Sarangani, Province of Davao del Sur, is hereby changed to Alberto Olarte, Sr. National High School. cd i
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
