Change of Name of Lasam National Agricultural School in Lasam, Cagayan
Republic Act No. 9475, approved on May 22, 2007, officially changes the name of the Lasam National Agricultural School in Cagayan to the Lasam Institute of Technology. The law also includes a repealing clause that nullifies any conflicting laws or regulations. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9475
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF LASAM NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LASAM, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN TO LASAM INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
SECTION 1. Renaming of School. — The name of Lasam National Agricultural School in the Municipality of Lasam, Province of Cagayan is hereby changed to Lasam Institute of Technology.
SECTION 2. Repealing Clause. — All laws, presidential decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. TCDcSE
SECTION 3. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect upon its approval and after its publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation.
