Establishment of Western Cagayan Vocational High School in Lasam, Cagayan

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3431
AN ACT TO ESTABLISH THE WESTERN CAGAYAN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LASAM, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a vocational high school in the Municipality of Lasam, Province of Cagayan, to be known as the Western Cagayan Vocational High School. casia
SECTION 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-two. Such sums as may be needed for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. casia
