Change of Name of Butulan Elem. School in Jose Abad Santos, Davao Del Sur to Romulo Factura Elem. School
Batas Pambansa Blg. 750, enacted on April 13, 1984, changes the name of Butulan Elementary School in Jose Abad Santos, Davao del Sur, to Romulo Factura Elementary School. The Act specifies that the name change takes effect upon its approval. It was enacted without the need for executive approval and was published in the Official Gazette on March 11, 1985.

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF BUTULAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JOSE ABAD SANTOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, TO ROMULO FACTURA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The name of Butulan Elementary School in the Municipality of Jose Abad Santos, Province of Davao del Sur, is changed to Romulo Factura Elementary School.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. acd
