AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF BUTULAN HIGH SCHOOL TO EDNA GUILLERMO MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JOSE ABAD SANTOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR
