AN ACT AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-SIX HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT BY CEDING AND TRANSFERRING THE FULL OWNERSHIP TO THE PALAWAN NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE OF ITS PRESENT SITE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

SECTION 1.Republic Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred forty-eight is amended by inserting between Sections fifteen and sixteen thereof the following:

"Sec. 15-A.The present site of the Palawan National Agricultural College which consists of several parcels of land of the public domain with an aggregate area of three hundred and sixty-nine hectares, seventy-five ares, and ninety-five centares, more or less, located in the Barrio of Lumimbo, Municipality of Aborlan, Province of Palawan, is hereby ceded and transferred in full ownership to said college. These parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

"A parcel of land (Lot 77 of Aborlan Public Land Subdivision, Pls-271, L.R.C. Record No. ____), situated in the Barrio of Lumimbo, Municipality of Aborlan, Province of Palawan. SECTION 2.The foregoing parcels of land may be used as collaterals in securing loans from banking and financing institutions, which the Palawan National Agricultural College is hereby authorized to contract for its improvement, development and benefit.

SECTION 3.This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
