Republic Act No. 8836, enacted on August 22, 2000, establishes the Camantang National High School in Barangay Camantang, Municipality of Can-avid, Eastern Samar. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8836
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CAMANTANG, MUNICIPALITY OF CAN-AVID, PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CAMANTANG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Camantang, Municipality of Can-avid, Province of Eastern Samar to be known as the Camantang National High School. DcCIAa
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall promulgate and issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. THADEI
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
