PROCLAMATION NO. 1637-A
CALLING THE BATASANG BAYAN TO A SPECIAL SESSION
WHEREAS, the President needs the advice and assistance of the Batasang Bayan on certain urgent matters affecting the national interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby call the Batasang Bayan to a Special Session commencing on the 3rd day of May, 1977, to consider such resolutions as may be brought before it. TDCcAE
All persons entitled to sit as Members of the Batasang Bayan are requested to take notice of this Proclamation.
