Cabalic National High School, Balasan, Iloilo
Republic Act No. 8320, enacted on June 30, 1997, establishes the Cabalic National High School in Barangay Cabalic, Municipality of Balasan, Province of Iloilo. The Act mandates the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports to formulate necessary rules and regulations for its implementation. Funding for the school will be allocated in the General Appropriations Act for the subsequent fiscal year. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8320
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CABALIC, MUNICIPALITY OF BALASAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CABALIC NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Cabalic, Municipality of Balasan, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the Cabalic National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. cd
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
