REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8056
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY DATU BALONG, MUNICIPALITY OF KAPALONG, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BARANGAY DATU BALONG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the provision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Datu Balong, Municipality of Kapalong, Province of Davao, to be known as the Barangay Datu Balong National High School.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law on June 15, 1995, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
