Authorizing The Participation on Official Time of All Government Lawyers in the Country (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao) in IBP's 12th National Convention and Mcle Seminar
Memorandum Circular No. 173, issued on March 2, 2009, authorizes all government lawyers in the Philippines to attend the Integrated Bar of the Philippines' 12th National Convention and Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Seminar from March 26 to 28, 2009. Attendance is permitted on official time, with no additional costs to the government beyond regular salaries, provided that it does not disrupt the operations of their offices or service delivery to the public. AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF ALL GOVERNMENT LAWYERS IN THE COUNTRY (LUZON, VISAYAS AND MINDANAO) IN IBP's 12TH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND MCLE SEMINAR
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) will be holding its 12th National Convention and Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Seminar on March 26 to 28, 2009 at the Bacolod Pavillon Hotel & Resort, Reclamation Area, Bacolod City. EACTSH
In this connection, all government lawyers in the country (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao) are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned Convention and Seminar on official time, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices as well as the delivery of services to the public.
