The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) will hold a Regional Bench and Bar Dialogue for Western Mindanao on April 28, 1989 in Cotabato City.
All Judges in the covered regions are hereby authorized to attend the Bench and Bar Dialogue on OFFICIAL BUSINESS, which shall be understood, that all expenses incurred by the judges in connection with the dialogue, shall be chargeable against local funds. cd
