ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 15-89

| SUBJECT | : | Attendance of Judges of the 10th and 11th Judicial Regions at the Bar and Bench Dialogue in Davao City on March 17, 1989, on Official Business (Chargeable Against Local Funds) |
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) jointly with the Philippine Judges Association will hold a bar and bench dialogue on March 17, 1989, starting at 9:00 o'clock in the morning in Davao City on the topic "New Solutions to the Problem of Delay in the Administration of Justice." The judges in the 10th and 11th Judicial Regions have been asked to participate.
In celebration of the IBP Day, that same day, the IBP organizers are likewise inviting the same judges to participate in the Dinner Program at 7:00 o'clock in the evening at Davao Insular Hotel, with Chief Justice Marcelo B. Fernan as Guest of Honor and Speaker. casia
All the concerned judges are hereby authorized to attend the bar and bench dialogue on OFFICIAL BUSINESS, which shall be understood, that all expenses incurred by judges in connection with the dialogue, shall be chargeable against local funds. cd
