Asst. Provincial Fiscals for Lanao del Sur

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3795
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR FOUR ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS FOR THE PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR, BY FURTHER AMENDING SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to assistant provincial fiscals, is further amended so that the Province of Lanao Del Sur shall have four assistant provincial fiscals. cdt
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
