REPUBLIC ACT NO. 351
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF TEN MILLION PESOS TO CARRY INTO EFFECT THE PURPOSES OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIXTY-FIVE, AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the additional amount of ten million pesos to carry into effect the purposes of Republic Act Numbered Sixty-five, as amended, to be expended in accordance with the provisions of said Act.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect as of January first, Nineteen Hundred and Forty-Nine.
