Increase in Compensation of Flight Officers and Enlisted Men of the Air Corps of the Philippine Army

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 25
AN ACT TO INCREASE THE COMPENSATION OF FLIGHT OFFICERS AND ENLISTED MEN OF THE AIR CORPS OF THE PHILIPPINE ARMY
SECTION 1. All officers and enlisted men of the Air Corps of the Philippine Army whose duty requires regular and frequent aerial flights shall receive an increase in compensation equivalent to fifty per cent of their respective base pay at the time of the approval of this Act.
SECTION 2. There is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the amount of two hundred thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. cd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on the first day of July, Nineteen Hundred and Forty-Seven.
