REPUBLIC ACT NO. 362
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE STUDY, CONTROL AND ERADICATION OF THE "KADANG-KADANG" AND OTHER DISEASES OR PESTS OF COCONUT TREES
SECTION 1. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary and certified as to its availability by the Auditor General, is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the study, control, and eradication of the "Kadang-Kadang" and other diseases or pests of coconut trees.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources shall, subject to the approval of the President of the Philippines, promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act. acd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
