REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6457
AN ACT APPROPRIATING TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE TEXTILE TRAINING PROJECT IN THE MARIKINA VALLEY INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIKINA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL
SECTION 1. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to finance the operation and maintenance of the textile training project in the Marikina Valley Institute of Technology in the Municipality of Marikina, Province of Rizal. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for the operation and maintenance of said training project shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. aisa dc
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education shall promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the effective operation of the said project.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
