REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4648
AN ACT APPROPRIATING ONE HUNDRED FORTY MILLION PESOS IN PAYMENT FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION OF THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT TO THE CAPITAL STOCK OF THE ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, one hundred forty million pesos to be used exclusively in payment for the subscription of the Republic of the Philippines to the capital stock of the Asian Development Bank in accordance with the provisions of the agreement establishing the Asian Development Bank. cd i
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
