Appropriation of Funds for Payment of Costs of Temporary Offices of Asian Development Bank
Republic Act No. 5414, enacted on June 15, 1968, appropriates ?1,320,000 from the National Treasury to cover costs associated with partitions, furnishings, utilities, maintenance, and rental for the temporary offices of the Asian Development Bank in the Philippines. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5414
AC ACT APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE COSTS OF PARTITIONS, FURNISHINGS, UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE AND RENTAL FOR THE TEMPORARY OFFICES OF THE ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, one million three hundred twenty thousand pesos, or so much thereof as shall be necessary, to pay the costs of partitions, furnishings, utilities, maintenance and rental for the temporary offices of the Asian Development Bank in accordance with Sections thirteen and fourteen of the Headquarters Agreement between the Republic of the Philippines and the said Bank. aisa dc
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
