ACT NO. 3424

AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR PROPAGANDA OR PUBLICITY FOR PHILIPPINE CIGARS AND OTHER TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN THE UNITED STATES AND OTHER COUNTRIES

SECTION 1. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any general funds of the Insular Government not otherwise appropriated, for disbursement for propaganda or publicity for Philippine cigars and other tobacco products in the United States and other countries. This propaganda or publicity campaign shall be under the control and direction of the Tobacco Board created by Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred and seventy-nine.

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
