REPUBLIC ACT NO. 414
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE PROMOTION OF HOME INDUSTRIES AND THE REVIVAL AS WELL AS OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CRAFTSMAN SECTION OF THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION DIVISION IN THE BUREAU OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS
SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any available funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the promotion of home industries and the revival as well as operation and maintenance of the Craftsman Section of the Vocational Education Division, Bureau of Public Schools, said sum to be expended by the Director of Public Schools, with the approval of the Secretary of Education, for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and fifty. Thereafter, said sum shall be included in the Annual General Appropriation Acts.
The sum herein appropriated shall not be released except upon the certification of the Secretary of Finance and the Auditor General as to the availability of funds in excess of those necessary for the operation of the Government as provided in the annual General Appropriation Act.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
