REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4863
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS TO COVER ALL EXPENSES FOR THE HOLDING OF THE ASIAN MINISTERS OF LABOR CONFERENCE
SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated to cover all expenses as may be incurred for the holding of the Asian Ministers of Labor Conference in Manila, Philippines, not later than December, 1966.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
