AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF AIRPORTS AND AIR NAVIGATION FACILITIES
SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the purposes mentioned hereunder: cdt

SECTION 2. The itemization of appropriation herein mentioned may be transferred by the Administrator of the Civil Aeronautics Administration upon approval of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications from one airport of another in an amount not exceeding twenty per cent thereof. acd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
