ACT NO. 2730
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE AT LOS BAÑOS, FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EXPERIMENTAL STATION ANNEXED THERETO
SECTION 1. The sum of one hundred and twenty-five thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the College of Agriculture at Los Baños, for such expenses as may be deemed necessary for the establishment of an experimental station annexed to said college.
SECTION 2. The sum herein appropriated shall be at the disposal of the Board of Regents of the University of the Philippines and shall be expended by resolution of the same for the purpose indicated in this Act.
SECTION 3. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the same shall take effect on its approval.
