An Act to Suspend the Operation of Act Numbered Twenty-Seven Hundred and Ninety-Three, known as the Patent Law, until January First, Nineteen Hundred and Twenty-Two

ACT NO. 2904
AN ACT TO SUSPEND THE OPERATION OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-THREE, KNOWN AS THE PATENT LAW, UNTIL JANUARY FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY-TWO
SECTION 1. Section twenty-three of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and ninety-three, known as the Patent Law, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SEC. 23. The operation of the present Act is hereby suspended until January first, nineteen hundred and twenty-two, until which date Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and thirty-five, entitled 'An Act providing for the registration of patents and patent rights in the Philippine Islands, and for the protection of the same,' shall continue in full force and effect." acEHCD
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
