REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9120
AN ACT TO RECLASSIFY THE WHOLE LAND WITHIN THE ISLAND KNOWN AS RAMESAMEY/COWRIE ISLAND IN THE CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN FROM TIMBERLAND TO THAT OF ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE LAND
SECTION 1. The land comprising the whole island known as Ramesamey/Cowrie Island situated in the City of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan is hereby reclassified from timberland to that of alienable and disposable land which is particularly described as follows: EHITaS
Beginning at a point marked "1" being N 09-18 E 11,123.29 M. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-800-D Puerto Princesa City Cadastre, Palawan, thence N 51-39 W 87.19 M to point 2; N 14-43 E 13.90 M to point 3; N 66-07 E 14.68 M to point 4; N 88-26 E 105.78 M to point 5; S 71-25 E 86.06 to point 6; S 61-60 E 64.55 M to point 7; S 45-14 E 98.70 M to point 8; S 66-51 E 50.99 to point 9; S 60-37 W 80.01 M to point 10; S 78-50 W 43-61 M to point 11; N 69-41 W 64.45 to point 12; N 54-53 W 167.35 M to point of beginning.
Containing an area of thirty-four thousand five hundred seventy-two (34,572) square meters.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources shall issue all the necessary orders, rules and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
