ACT NO. 2995
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE PAYMENT OF SEVEN AUXILIARY JUDGES OF FIRST INSTANCE APPOINTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-NINE HUNDRED AND FORTY-ONE, THEIR SUBORDINATE PERSONNEL, AND OTHER EXPENSES
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any general funds not otherwise appropriated, the sum of twenty thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the payment during the remainder of the year nineteen hundred and twenty-one of the salaries of the seven auxiliary judges of first instance, at seven thousand pesos per annum each, whose position were created by Act Numbered Twenty-nine hundred and forty-one, of seven stenographers at twelve hundred pesos per annum each, and seven interpreters at seven hundred and twenty pesos per annum each, and for such other necessary expenses as may be authorized by the Emergency Board, upon recommendation by the Secretary of Justice.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
