An Act to Appropriate Funds for the Purpose of Covering Deficiencies in the Appropriations for the Philippine Senate and House of Representatives for the Year Nineteen Hundred and Twenty-Five

AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF COVERING DEFICIENCIES IN THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE PHILIPPINE SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of ninety-one thousand nine hundred and eleven pesos, to cover deficiencies in the appropriations for the Philippine Senate and House of Representatives for the year nineteen hundred and twenty-five, said sum to be distributed as follows:

 

PHILIPPINE SENATE
For supplementary personnel	P28,220.00
For a proportional allowance at the rate of P3,000 per annum to
	senators elected in special elections, in lieu of representation
	expenses, commutable upon the approval of this Act	1,741.67
For miscellaneous expenses	16,466.33

HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
For supplementary personnel	26,659.00
For other services	18,824.00

	Total	45,483.00

SECTION 2. There is hereby set aside out of the funds appropriated for the consumption of supplies and materials for the House of Representatives in Act Numbered Thirty-two hundred and seventeen, such sum as may be necessary for stationery expenses at the rate of one hundred and fifty pesos for each Representative. SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
