ACT NO. 3000
AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION TWENTY-FOUR HUNDRED AND EIGHTY OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
SECTION 1. Paragraphs (d) and (h) of section twenty-four hundred and eighty of the Administrative Code, as amended by Act Numbered Twenty-nine hundred and ninety-one, are hereby amended to read as follows:
"(d) He shall collect, as deputy of the Collector of Internal Revenue, by himself, or deputies, all taxes and charges imposed by the Insular Government upon property or persons in the city of Manila, depositing daily such collections in the Insular Treasury."
"(h) He shall deposit daily all municipal funds and collections in the Insular Treasury or in a Government depository."
SECTION 2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
