ACT NO. 2799
AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-FIVE OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ELEVEN, ENTITLED THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
SECTION 1. The last paragraph of section two hundred and eighty-five of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, entitled the Revised Administrative Code, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"A telegraph operator regularly and permanently appointed in the Philippine Civil Service may, after six months of continuous, faithful, and satisfactory service, be granted vacation leave in accordance with the schedule prescribed in section two hundred and eighty-four."
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect as of January first, nineteen hundred and nineteen.
