Act No. 3006, approved on March 8, 1922, amends Section 7 of an earlier law concerning opium use in the Philippines. Seized items are to be handed over to the Chief of Constabulary for proper legal handling. This act reinforces the regulation of drug control and establishes a clear protocol for dealing with confiscated substances.
