COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 360
AN ACT TO AMEND FURTHER SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-FIVE HUNDRED AND NINETY-SEVEN, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. Section one of Act Numbered Thirty-five hundred and ninety-seven, as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and fifty-five and Commonwealth Acts Numbered Thirty-six and Two hundred and sixty-eight, is further amended so as to read as follows: TDCaSE
"SECTION 1. The construction of National Government buildings on the site set aside as government center in the Burnham Plan for the improvement of the City of Manila, including the acquisition of the privately-owned land and building and the property and land owned by the United States Army known as the Nozaleda Reservation, within the site; the alteration and improvement of the official residences of the President of the Philippines in the cities of Manila and Baguio; the acquisition, by purchase or otherwise, of building sites and buildings needed for government purposes in the cities of Manila and Baguio; the construction of new public buildings in the cities of Manila and Baguio; and the alteration, extension, and improvement of existing National Government buildings in the cities of Manila and Baguio, including the completion of the office building for the Bureau of Customs on the Port Area, Manila, are authorized: Provided, That the total sum to be allotted under this Act for the completion of the office building for the Bureau of Customs, shall not exceed one million two hundred thousand pesos."
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
