COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 439
AN ACT TO AMEND COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY BY EXTENDING THE PERIOD FOR FILING APPLICATIONS THEREUNDER
SECTION 1. Section seven of Commonwealth Act Numbered Three hundred and fifty is amended so as to read as follows:
"SEC. 7. This Act shall take effect upon its approval, and the provisions thereof shall apply only to those who may request retirement or take advantage of the benefits of this Act on or before the first day of October, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine." CTaIHE
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
